In a display of dominance that will be whispered about on driving ranges, near bar carts, and in Chinese restaurant lounges for years to come, The Truffle Shuffles steamrolled their way to FUFA glory. By winning 9 out of 10 matches, they have unofficially cemented themselves as the greatest team in FUFA Invitational history. Let's take a sneak peak into what made this team such a spectacle:

• Abe VanDerPuy This guy hits the ball like a Nun with a ruler and a grudge, but around the greens VDP is a full-time teacher's pet. It’s not just the power-finesse combo that makes his GPA (Greens Per Attempt) so high - Abe brings the vibes too. His lunch lady stories, drink cart loyalty, and Spotify playlists meld together like a fireworks show in a school zone. He is a past and present FUFA champ, a walking good time, and the only guy who needs sunscreen for his famously left leaning blue 3 wood. VDP's swing is a spring breaker's wet-dream: half power, half chaos, and half regrettable thrill ride.

• Grant "The Detonator" Bonham Impossibly young for his age, suspiciously tall for his height, and remarkably talented for his handicap. This FUFA legend is a one-man wildfire. A Fire Chief by day, FUFA's comedic arsonist by night, and now the tournament’s first ever 4-time Champion! Bonham is also the first FUFA golfer to claim championships from two different flights. Greatness like this doesn't come without gossip - rumor has it that he once closed out a match before the 9th tee box. Grant has become the Mount Rushmore of FUFA lore and now has his sights set on the B Group with matches and a can of gasoline in his bag. 

• Josh Taylor  Last year, he won with those guys. This year, he won with these guys. Coincidence? Please. It turns out that his shift to the B Flight was purely strategic. This back-to-back FUFA Champion's putter was hotter than an Australian cart girl in July. The always stylish JT is straight up Michelin star material, and when it comes time to perform, he delivers the full menu. His brunch buffet of net birdies was plate after plate of perfection. Josh is dangerously consistent off the tee, remarkably cool under pressure, and is now a celebrated and certified repeat FUFA Champion.

• Alex Todak This dude has the energy of a golden retriever at a beach bar. He may chip like Sinatra sings, but Todak swings his driver like he's opening a piňata with a bazooka. When he wasn't throwing clubs, pounding beers, or bidding up auction items, he was rolling ten footers like Grant collects trophies. Smiling from every fairway found (and a few that weren’t), it was almost as if he knew this was his year to finally raise the most coveted Cup this side of the Pacific Ocean.  

Together, this group of FUFA Legends didn’t just win, they rewrote the playbook. Legends now, lore tomorrow; CONGRATULATIONS, and long live The Truffle Shuffles.
